TIME format HMS with separator &3 not supported by &1 (&2). Must be USA, ISO, EUR, or JIS.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : To create an SQL package on a system other than DB2 for IBM i, the time format must be one of the following types: USA, ISO, EUR, or JIS. The relational database is &1 and the product identification is &2.
Recovery . . . : If the SQL package does not use any TIME functions the package can be created by specifying GENLVL(20) on the CRTSQLPKG command. If TIME functions are used, specify one of the allowed formats for the TIMFMT parameter on the CRTSQLxxx command and precompile the program again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Note - a time format of HMS with a separator character of a colon is passed to &1 as JIS while time format of HMS and a period separator is passed as ISO.
