Length of host variable &1 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A host variable in the DECLARE VARIABLE statement contains a length that is not valid. If FOR MIXED DATA or a mixed CCSID is specified, the length cannot be less than 4. If DATE is specified, the length cannot be less than 6. If TIME is specified, the length cannot be less than 5. If TIMESTAMP is specified, the length cannot be less than 19.
Recovery . . . : Correct the length of the host variable and precompile the program again.
