Error processing SRTSEQ or LANGID parameter. Message is &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The RUNSQLSTM command tried to retrieve the sort sequence table for the SRTSEQ parameter &2 and LANGID parameter &3, but message &1 was returned.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors as indicated by message &1 and issue the request again. If a sort sequence table is not required, specify *HEX as the SRTSEQ parameter on the RUNSQLSTM command.
