Record length parameter not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incorrect value was specified for the record length parameter. The record length must be between 1 and 65535 if language *NONE is specified. The record length for the languages cannot be less than the right margin and cannot be greater than 100.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid record length and try the request again. Refer to the description of the QSQCHKS API for a description of the parameters.
