Character for delimited host string not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The parameter for the character for delimited host strings is not valid. If *CLE or *NONE is specified for the language, the parameter cannot be specified. If *FTN, *PLI, *RPG or *RPGLE is specified, the character must be apostrophe ('). If *CBL or *CBLLE is specified the character must be either apostrophe (') or quotation mark (").
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value for the host string delimiter. Do not specify the parameter if it is not valid for the language. Try the request again. Refer to the description of the QSQCHKS API for a description of the parameters.
