Character for delimited SQL string not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The parameter for the character for delimited SQL strings is not valid. If the language is *NONE, *CBL, or *CBLLE, the values can be either the apostrophe (') or the quotation mark ("). For the other languages, only the apostrophe can be specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value for the delimiter for SQL strings and try the request again. Refer to the description of the QSQCHKS API for a description of the parameters.
