Retrieve (F9) not allowed when cursor not on statement.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The cursor was positioned on a line that contains a message.
Recovery . . . : Position the cursor so that it is on a line that contains a statement, or so that it is in the input capable area, the underlined portion of the screen, and press F9=Retrieve again.
