Message : SQL6201
BEFORE or AFTER only valid with Fetch type of 3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : From the Specify FETCH Statement panel, a choice of BEFORE or AFTER is valid only with a Fetch type of 3=Position only.
Recovery . . . : Either choose a Fetch type of 3=Position only, or select a Positioning option other than BEFORE or AFTER.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : BEFORE and AFTER are position only options. That is, with a position only option, no row (record) data is actually read into your program. Furthermore, a Fetch type option of 1 or 2 implies that data is going to be read into the host variables that were specified on the DECLARE CURSOR statement. Thus, there is a conflict between the Positioning option and the Fetch type option.
