Package lists are not available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Package lists are available only when connected to the local database manager (DBM). If connected to a remote DBM or if in an unconnected state, Package lists are not available.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following: - If you are connected to a DBM, determine a package name by querying the SQL catalog (SYSPACKAGE on a System i) which contains a list of the packages in the library. - Package lists are available when connected to the local DBM. Enter CONNECT RESET on the Enter SQL Statements panel to connect the local DBM.
