Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When using the LABEL ON statement, a text description must be supplied for at least one of the columns (fields) in the table (file). You have not specified a text description for any of the columns (fields) in the table (file).
Recovery . . . : Type a text description, enclosed in quotes, for at least one of the columns (fields) in the table (file). If you have specified a table (file) that does not exist or to which you are not authorized, you will have to supply a column (field) name as well.
