File &1 in library &2 is not available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The prompter will attempt to display information about the file if it exists and if you have authority to it. One of the following conditions has occurred:
-- File &1 in library &2 either does not exist or you are not authorized to use it.
-- The session is not connected to a relational database.
-- The current relational database manager does not support the DESCRIBE TABLE statement.
Recovery . . . : This message is for your information only. No response is necessary. Prompting can continue without the file information, however you must supply the field names yourself. If you desire information about the file and you know it exists, contact the owner of the file and obtain authorization to use it. If the file exists on another system, connect to the relational database and try the request again.
