Cause . . . . . : When using the COMMENT ON statement, a comment must be supplied for at least one of the columns (fields) in the table (file). You have not specified a comment for any of the columns (fields) in the table (file).
Recovery . . . : Type a comment, enclosed in quotes, for at least one of the columns (fields) in the table (file). If you have specified a table (file) that does not exist or to which you are not authorized, you will have to supply a column (field) name as well.
