Owner and primary group cannot be the same.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : While attempting to create an object, SQL attempted to change the owner of the object. The new owner was the same as the primary group for that object. This is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Change the primary group for the user profile and try the request again.
