Cause . . . . . : A required licensed program is not installed. The reason code is &1.
1 - IBM XML Toolkit for i (5733XT2) or International Components for Unicode (5770-SS1) is not installed.
2 - Java Developer Kit 5.0 (5770JV1), or J2SE 5.0 32 bit (5770JV1), or J2SE 5.0 64 bit (5770JV1), or Portable App Solutions Environment (5770-SS1) is not installed.
Recovery . . . : Make sure the required licensed programs are correctly installed. Try the request again.
