Cause . . . . . : *ALL or *CS was specified for the commit level but commitment control is not allowed. If a ROLLBACK HOLD statement is run, the cursor will remain in the same position. The requested commitment control level was not allowed because a catalog file was referenced. The catalog files are not journaled and cannot be opened under commitment control.
