Debug view creation failed: message &1, &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : DBGVIEW(*SOURCE) was specified on the CRTSQLxxx command. The attempt to create the debug view failed with message &1. The text returned with the message is &2.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors as indicated by message &1. If debugging is not required, specify DBGVIEW(*NONE) on the CRTSQLxxx command. Precompile the program again. If the errors cannot be corrected, report the problem using Analyze Problem (ANZPRB).
