RDB parameter required when SQLPKG specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The SQLPKG parameter specifies the name to give the SQL package when it is created on the system specified on the relational database (RDB parameter). The RDB parameter is *NONE which is not a valid relational database system name.
Recovery . . . : Specify the RDB parameter to identify the relational database where the SQL package will be created.
