Two ends of same cable cannot connect to same device.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user requested the add/change cable function to add/change a double-plug power cable with both TO ends, TO1 and TO2, connecting to the same device.
Recovery . . . : Supply the correct device for either TO end, and request the add/change cable function again.
