Port &1 of card &2 being used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user requested the add or change cable function to add or change a cable to port &1 of card &2. The specified port is connected to another cable.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, then try the add/change cable function again.
-- Supply the correct card feature, card position, Electronic Industries Association (EIA) location, and frame identifier; or
-- Remove the cable that is reported for the specified port.
