EIA location not in valid range for frame &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user requested the function to add or change a filler panel or reserve space in the system configuration data for frame &1. If frame &1 is a 1.6-meter frame, the Electronic Industries Association (EIA) location must be in the range from 1-32. If the frame is a 1.0-meter frame, EIA location must be in the range from 1-19.
Recovery . . . : Type an EIA location in the valid range, and press Enter.
