EIA location exceeds top of frame.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Electronic Industries Association (EIA) location for the bottom of the unit plus the height of the unit exceeds the top of the frame. The EIA location does not allow enough space for the frame unit to fit in the frame. The location plus the height of the unit cannot exceed 32 for a 1.6-meter frame, or 19 for a 1.0-meter frame.
Recovery . . . : Type the correct EIA location, or use the correct frame unit.
