TCP/IP attributes not changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &2 command encountered errors while trying to change TCP/IP attributes. Reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
0000 - Parameter validation failed.
0001 - The QATOCTCPIP file does not exist.
0002 - A time-out occurred while attempting to change the attributes.
0003 - The configuration conversion failed. See the previously listed messages in the job log to determine the error.
0004 - An APAR condition occurred. See the previously listed messages in the job log to determine the error.
Recovery . . . : Based on the reason code, do one of the following:
0000 - Use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) CL command to see the previously listed messages in your job log. Correct the problem and try the request again.
0001 - Do one of the following to restore the QATOCTCPIP file and then try the request again:
-- Use GO LICPGM to install the QUSRSYS library, and make any updates to the file since it was last installed.
-- Restore the file from a backup copy, and make any updates since it was last saved.
0002 - Do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- Wait for system activity to decrease.
-- Increase the default wait time for your job using the Change Job (CHGJOB) CL command.
0003, 0004 - If this is an interactive job, use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) CL command to see the previously listed messages in your job log. Correct the problem and try the request again. If the problem cannot be corrected or there are no previously listed messages then try the request again. If the problem continues report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
