TCP/IP currently ending.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 protocol stack was not started. TCP/IP has previously been requested to end by another job with the controlled option. The controlled ending of TCP/IP has not yet completed. TCP/IP must end in order to continue processing.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again. If the problem continues, increase the default wait time for this job using the Change Job (CHGJOB) CL command or issue the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) CL command using the *IMMED option to end TCP/IP immediately and then try the request again.
