Not able to create internal space.

Cause . . . . . :
You issued a command which attempted to initialize and activate support for a communications protocol. The type of the protocol is &1.
An error was detected while attempting to create an internal space object. The protocol was not started.
Recovery . . . :
Attempt to restart the protocol of type &1. If the problem continues, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.

To restart the protocol of type TCP/IP, issue the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) command followed by the Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) command.

To restart the protocol of type IP over SNA, issue the Change Network Attributes (CHGNETA) command with the allow AnyNet support (ALWANYNET) parameter set to *NO, and then issue the command again with ALWANYNET set to *YES.
