Not able to determine if job &3/&2/&1 started.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You issued a command which submitted job &3/&2/&1 to subsystem QSYSWRK. A response from this job indicating it started successfully was not received within &4 seconds after the job was submitted.
Recovery . . . :
Use the Work with Job (WRKJOB) command to determine the status of job &3/&2/&1. If the job failed to start, view the messages in the job log of job &3/&2/&1. Correct the problem and try the request again.
If the problem cannot be corrected, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
