STRTCP error occurred. Reason &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error starting TCP/IP(STRTCP). Reason code is &2. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
01 - STRTCP is invoked for MPTN. This is not valid when the system is in restricted state.
02 - STRTCP CL command &1 is not valid. When the system is in restricted state, all parameters for STRTCP CL command with the exception of STRIP6 must be *NO. The two valid parameter options are: STRTCP STRSVR(*NO) STRIFC(*NO) STRPTPPRF(*NO) STRIP6(*NO) or STRTCP STRSVR(*NO) STRIFC(*NO) STRPTPPRF(*NO) STRIP6(*YES).
Recovery . . . : Based on the reason code, do one of the following and then try the request again:
01 - Do not invoke STRTCP with MPTN.
02 - Make sure that all parameters are specified correctly for a start TCP/IP request(STRTCP) CL command in restricted state.
