Interface &1 type &2 can not be started in limited mode.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error starting interface &1, reason code is &3. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
0001 - Interface &1 type &2 can not start in restricted state.
0002 - Interface &1 type &2 is attached to an NWI and can not start in restricted state.
Recovery . . . : Based on the reason code, do one of the following and then try the request again:
0001 - Only interfaces on one of the following line types can be started in restricted state: Token Ring, Ethernet, or FDDI LANs that are not attached to an NWI or an NWS. If you need to start an interface in restricted state, make sure the interface is on one of the above, then try the command again.
0002 - Interfaces attached to a line type that are using an NWI can not be started in the restricted state. Choose another line type for the interface.
