ENDTCPABN not allowed at this time. Reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An abnormal end of TCP/IP is not allowed at this time. The reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 - An attempt to end TCP/IP must be made prior to issuing the ENDTCPABN command.
2 - TCP/IP is currently ending in a controlled manner.
3 - Ten minutes has not elapsed since the request to end TCP/IP immediately or since the delay time (DELAY parameter) expired for a controlled end of TCP/IP.
Recovery . . . : Based on the reason code, do one of the following:
1 - End TCP/IP using the ENDTCP command.
2 - Allow the controlled end of TCP/IP to complete.
3 - Wait for at least 10 minutes from the time the ENDTCP *IMMED command was run or from the time the delay time specified by the ENDTCP *CNTRLD command expired.
After taking the action for the specified reason code, determine whether TCP/IP has ended using the Work with TCP/IP Network Status (NETSTAT) command. If TCP/IP has not ended, run the ENDTCPABN command.
