Cannot complete controlled end of TCP/IP.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal object used by TCP/IP deactivation processing is damaged or not available for use. Job &3/&2/&1 could not end the TCP/IP stack.
Recovery . . . : Look in the &3/&2/&1 job log for previously listed messages. Do one of the following:
-- If previously listed messages exist, correct the problem and try the request again. If the problem continues, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
-- If there are no previously listed messages or the messages are not clear, use the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) CL command with the *IMMED option to end the stack immediately.
