Line description &2 unusable. Internal errors encountered.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The QTCPWRK system job encountered errors with line description &2. These errors make it impossible to start or end interfaces associated with line description &2. Reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
0001 - Line description &2 contains internal data that is not valid.
0002 - Internal objects associated with line description &2 are damaged or not available for use.
0003 - Time-out occurred processing interfaces waiting to be started for line description &2.
Recovery . . . : Based on the reason code, do one of the following:
0001 - Do the following in this order:
-- Delete the line description using the Delete Line Description (DLTLIND) CL command.
-- Create the line description again with the appropriate create line CL command.
-- Try again to start the TCP/IP interfaces associated with line description &2 by using the Start TCP/IP Interface (STRTCPIFC) CL command.
-- If the problem continues, issue the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) CL command followed by the Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) CL command.
-- Start all of the TCP/IP interfaces again by using the Start TCP/IP Interface (STRTCPIFC) CL command.
-- If the problem continues, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
0002 - Do the following in this order:
-- Issue the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) CL command followed by the Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) CL command.
-- Start all of the TCP/IP interfaces again by using the Start TCP/IP Interface (STRTCPIFC) CL command.
-- If the problem continues, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
0003 - Do the following in this order:
-- Try again to start just the TCP/IP interfaces associated with line description &2 by using the Start TCP/IP Interface (STRTCPIFC) CL command.
-- If the problem continues, issue the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) CL command followed by the Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) CL command.
-- Start all of the TCP/IP interfaces again by using the Start TCP/IP Interface (STRTCPIFC) CL command.
-- If the problem continues, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
