Only one *OPC interface can be active at a time for subnet &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The QTCPWRK system job could not start the &1 interface because there is already an active interface on subnet &2.
Recovery . . . : To start *OPC interface &1, you must end the active interface on subnet &2 and start interface &1 again.
