Cause . . . . . : User &7 in job &6/&5/&4 requested activation of line description &1 for use by the communications protocol *&2. This function requires exclusive use of the active *TCPIP device for this line. The request cannot be satisfied at this time because communications protocol *&3 is currently using the *TCPIP device.
Recovery . . . : Retry the request when the *TCPIP device for line &1 is available.
