Interface &1 not ended. Interface &2 is using &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Interface &1 is specified as the associated local interface for interface &2 and &2 is currently active. Interface &1 cannot be ended because interface &2 is using it.
Recovery . . . : Use the End TCP/IP Interface (ENDTCPIFC) command to deactivate interface &2 and all other active interfaces using &1 as their associated local interface. Then try the request to end &1 again.
