Unable to submit request to end interface &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The End TCP/IP Interface (ENDTCPIFC) command was unable to communicate with the QTCPCTL system job. The request to end interface &1 was not processed.
Recovery . . . : First issue a Netstat CL command to determine of TCP/IP is active. If TCP/IP is not active issue a start TCP/IP (STRTCP) CL command then try to end the interface again using the end interface (ENDTCPIFC) CL command again. If TCP/IP is not active and you are not able to start TCP/IP then contact your local service provider. View the QTCPWRK and QTCPCTL system job logs for previous diagnostic or error messages to determine what the cause of the problem is.
