Cause . . . . . : Dependent products must be installed and configured before Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Telnet will start. Dependent products are:

Digital Certificate Manager, 5770-SS1 (BOSS Option 34) and
IBM HTTP Server, 5770-DG1

Insure secure application QIBM_QTV_TELNET_SERVER is active in the Digital Certificate Manager
