Message : TCP7426
Log file &2 cannot be opened.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The log file could not be opened during HTTP server start up. Error number &1 was received. The HTTP server will continue to run, but logs will not be saved. The log file names and associated log sizes are specified on directives in the HTTP Configuration file.
Recovery . . . : Check for additional messages that may have been sent to the HTTP server job log and perform the recovery for those messages.
If the error number is a value other than 0, determine the meaning of error number and perform the appropriate recovery for that error.
Use the Work with HTTP Configuration (WRKHTTPCFG) command to specify the correct log file name.
The directives in the configuration used to specify the log files are:
AccessLog
ErrorLog
CGIErrorLog
AgentLog
ProxyAccessLog
CacheAccessLog
RefererLog
Correct the errors and restart the HTTP server.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error number (errno) &1 was received when trying to open the file. To determine the meaning of the error number, do one of the following:
- Use DSPMSGD CPExxxx, where xxxx is the error number, to display an error message containing more information about this error number.
- Display one of the following files that contain descriptions of error numbers: QSYSINC/SYS, member ERRNO and QCLE/H, member ERRNO.
