The *SRVPGM configured in Server API directive &1 is not found in the QSYS file system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Server API directive &2 specifies a *SRVPGM object that is not in the QSYS file system.
Recovery . . . : Use WRKHTTPCFG or the ADMIN Server Configuration and Administration page to change &2 to use a *SRVPGM in the QSYS file system.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For example, the specification for service program serverpgm in library serverlib would be /QSYS.LIB/serverlib.LIB/serverpgm.SRVPGM, where serverlib is the name of the QSYS library and serverpgm is the name of the Server API service program.
