Server API Datafilter directive does not have the correct number of procedures.

Cause . . . . . : The Server API Datafilter directive &1 requires open, write, and close procedures to be defined.
Recovery . . . : Use WRKHTTPCFG or the ADMIN Server Configuration and Administration page to update the Datafilter directive to contain the correct number of procedures.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The syntax of the Datafilter directive should be of the form: Datafilter /QSYS.LIB/serverlib.LIB/serverpgm.SRVPGM:open:write:close, where serverlib is the name of the QSYS library and serverpgm is the name of the Server API service program.
