Definition

The Authorization Object is used by the Business Partner (BP) Text Maintenance transaction to check the user authorization to Create, Maintain, or Display.

Defined fields

The Authorization Object has the following fields:

Language:

Define the Language keys of the texts for which the user is authorized

Text ID:

Specify the Text IDs of the standard texts for which the user is authorized. The Text ID is part of the Text Key in the database.

Activity:

Specify the Activity for which the user is authorized. Value 01 allows the user to create standard texts; value 02 allows the user to maintain standard texts; and the value 03 allows the user to display standard texts.
