Definition
This object controls the authorization for allowed activities in the PPN Management function. The object allows definition of authorizations related to activities: generating a ppn event, holding a ppn item from processing, defering processing for a ppn item, restricting events, altering comments and tags, and automated processing of a ppn item. By default, the authorizations are implemented at the PPN reason code level only for generating a new ppn event, and other activities are not selective by PPN reason. Alternatively, in the PPN Configuration, there is an option to enforce a more strict model, where reason code is also checked with any PPN item status change. In this mode, a user must be authorized for each reason code in each event underlying a given PPN item, in addition to being authorized for performing the given activity.
