Definition
This authorization object controls a user's access to enterprise projects and commercial projects depending on the restrictions assigned to the available fields.
A user's authorization is checked for the following actions:
- Project maintenance (creation, change, and deletion)
- Project display
- Input help (F4 Help)
Defined fields
The authorization object contains the following fields:
- Service Organization
- Indicates the service organizations of projects to which a user is given access.
- Project Profile
- Indicates the type of projects a user can access.
- Confidential Project
- Signifies whether a user can access confidential projects. The possible values are:
- Y = Yes
- N = No
- Company Code
- Indicates the company code of projects for which a user is given access.
- Cost Center
- Indicates the cost centers for which a user can access projects.
- Profit Center
- Indicates the profit centers for which a user can access projects.
- Controlling Area
- Indicates the controlling area for which a user can access projects.
