Definition

This authorization object is used for Information life cycle management enabled data destruction process. This authorization object is created to check whether a user is having the authorization to view or block or unblock a location.

Defined fields

ACTVT (Activity)

• ACTVT 03: Display

• ACTVT 05: Lock

• ACTVT 95: Unblock

• ACTVT F4: Input (F4) help

• In conjunction with authorization 03 (Display), grant TM authorizations only for items in input (F4) help lists.

BRGRU (Authorization group)

• allows (display) access to blocked locations based on customizing "Define Authorization Group Indicating Blocked Master Data"
