Authorization check for App Supportin the SAP Fiori launchpad
Defined fields
This authorization object contains the following fields:
/UI2/ADEDS - The field specifies the allowed data sources used by the tool. The filter values originate from the enhancement spot /UI2/ADE_DATASOURCE. The definitions for /UI2/ADE_DATA_PROVIDER and /UI2/ADE_OVERVIEW_PROVIDER require filter values for their implementation. Each data source or BAdI can be referenced here by their unique filter value. This allows a granular restriction of which logs should be displayed.
ACTVT - Currently the values '03' for display and 'DL' for download are possible.
/UI2/ADEUS - This field restricts, if the user should have the possibility to lookup logs from other users as well. Currently the values 'CURRENT' for own logs and 'ALL for logs from other users are supported.
Currently, the following BAdI implementations are available:

Example:
In a simple setup, the user is not allowed to display any logs in the tool itself but would be allowed to download his own authorization error logs. This would apply for a standalone (hub) deployment with a front-end and back-end server. Front-end server and back-end server have separate BAdIs as data sources (AdeLocalAuthorizationLog, AdeRemoteAuthorizationLog).
The following settings are used for this scenario:
/UI2/ADEDS: AdeLocalAuthorizationLog, AdeRemoteAuthorizationLog
ACTVT: DL
/UI2/ADEUS: CURRENT
Currently all data sources have a local and a remote implementation, which can be assigned to field /UI2/ADEDS.
Authorizations to run App Support
To run App Support, you need additional authorizations:

On the Front-end:
To display the front-end error log:
