Definition
You use this authorization object to define whether a user is permitted to carry out the following activities for appropriation requests that are assigned to a given controlling area:
- Functions for master data maintenance
- Planning functions
- The assignment of appropriation request variants to versions of the investment program
Defined fields
The following fields are assigned to the authorization object:
- Controlling area
- Action category, which includes the following categories:
- 01 = Create
- 02 = Change
- 03 = Display
- 05 = Lock/unlock (status management)
- 06 = Delete
- 33 = Process plan values
- 34 = Display plan values
- 43 = Release (status management)
- 46 = Approve (status management)
- 79 = Process assignments of appropriation request variants to investment program versions
