Definition
You use this authorization object to define whether a user is permitted to make changes that affect the plan values of a program version of a given approval level. You can also specify if the user is permitted to display these plan values. These changes apply to the:
- Investment program
- Assigned measures
- Assigned appropriation requests
Defined fields
The following fields are assigned to the authorization object:
- Approval level
- Action category, which includes the following categories:
- 33 = Process plan values
- 34 = Display plan values
- 43 = Release (status management)
- 46 = Approve (status management)
- 79 = Process assignment of appropriation request variants to investment program versions
