Definition
This authorization object defines whether a user can carry out the functions of master data maintenance, planning or budgeting for capital investment program positions, which are assigned to a specific profit center.
Defined fields
The following fields are assigned to the authorization object:
- profit center (addressed via the key value)
- activity category, divided into the following:
- 01 = create
- 02 = change
- 03 = display
- 05 = block/unblock (status management)
- 06 = delete
- 20 = edit budget values
- 21 = display budget values
- 33 = edit planned values
- 34 = display planned values
- 43 = release (status management)
- 50 = distribute budget values to measures
- 80 = Process assignment of measures or appropriation requests to investment program positions
