Definition

SRM: Maintain user authorization to a contract or a global outline agreement (GOA)

Defined fields

BBP_PURORG - Purchasing organization

* = all purchasing organizations

Otherwise the keys of the permitted purchasing organizations are listed. This is queried centrally for all affected documents (authorization objects) during profile generation.

BBP_PURGRP - Purchasing groups

* = all purchasing groups

Otherwise the keys of the permitted purchasing groups are listed. This is queried centrally for all affected documents (authorization objects) during profile generation.

BBP_PROCTY - Business process type

ACTVT - Activity

Can have the following values:
01 - Create
02 - Change
03 - Display
04 - Print
06 - Delete

If you want to authorize a role to do the following activities, select the appropriate values. All the users associated to a role will have authorization to perform the selected activities within the sections selected in the BBP_SECTN field.

• To allow users to create a contract or a GOA, select Create, Change and Display

• To allow users to change a contract or a GOA, select Change and Display

• To allow users to view a contract or a GOA, select Display

• To allow users to print a contract or a GOA, select Display and Print

• To allow users to delete a contract or a GOA, select Display and Delete

BBP_SECTN - Sections of a contract

Can have the following values:
* - All sections
01 - Main Information
02 - Documents
03 - Conditions
04 - Authorization

Effects on the user interface

• In the Header Data tab, Main Information section means links to Basic Data, Status, Approval Preview, History, Versions, Hierarchy, Distribution, Analysis and Releases.

• The Analysis link is displayed only if Contract Management is configured to view reports in Business Information Warehouse.

• For a basic contract, the Releases link is displayed on the Header Data tab and for a regular contract, the Releases link is displayed on the Item Data tab.

• The Distribution link is displayed on the Header Data and Item Data tabs for global outline agreements only.

• In the Item Data tab, Main Information section means links to Basic Data, Distributions, Releases and Partner.

The Analysis link is displayed only if Contract Management is configured to view reports in Business Information Warehouse.

• If you set the value of this field to 01, then the user will have access to all the links of the Main information section in both the tabs.

• Users will have access to the Output link, only if they have access to the Main Information, Documents and Conditions sections.

BBP_SENSTV - Confidential flag in a contract header

This flag is displayed on the Main Information section, however the confidentiality applies to the entire contract.

• X = Confidential contract

• = Not a confidential contract
