Defined fields

BBP_PURORG - Purchasing Organization

* = All purchasing organizations
If not " * ", then a listing of the keys of the permittedpurchasing organizations.
This is queried centrally on profile generation for all affected documents (authorization objects).

BBP_PURGRP - Purchasing Groups

* = All purchasing groups
If not " * ", then a listing of the keys of the permitted purchasing groups.
This is queried centrally on profile generation for all affected documents (authorization objects).

BBP_PROCTY - Business Transaction Type

* = All business transaction types (of object type BUS2208 -Auktion)
If not " * ", then a listing of the keys of the permitted business transaction types. (See IMG: Define Transaction Types)

ACTVT - Activity

Can have the following values:

• 01 - Create

• 02 - Change

• 03 - Display

• 04 - Print

• 06 - Delete

• 33 - Read attachments
  Attachments are attached to the e-mail that an approver receives for approval. If the approver does not have the authorization, the attachments are not appended to the work item (e-mail).

• 45 - Allow substitute for a bidder
  A user with this authorization can log-on to LAC as a bidder and submit bids as a substitute (does not influence the access status or accessibility of the bidder in LAC.)

• 69 - Withdraw bid
  Deletion of a submitted bid including all dependent auction data. (The system updates the auction and removes the data that has been influenced by the bid including ranking and calculation information.)

• 74 - Lock bidder and unlock again
  A user with this authorization can temporarily prevent a bidder from logging on to LAC and thus exclude the bidder from participation in or observation of auctions until such time as the user unlocks the bidder again.

• A3 - Start, pause and resume the auction
  Manual start of auctions before the official start date; temporary halting and prevention of bid submission (auction end is neither influenced nor postponed by this); resumption of the interrupted auction and reenablement of bid submission

• C5 - Change published auctions

G7 - Cancel attachments
This activity authorizes a user to terminate the local processing of attachments that the user has not personally checked out so that the status checked outis reset (cancel). After this the attachment is back to the original status before the checkout.
A checked-out attachment can only be cancelled in change mode; this is not interpreted as a document change.
These authorization check only takes place if the cancelling user's name does not match the name of the user who checked out the attachment.
