Definition
With this authorization object, you can define authorizations required for processing business partner data according to the data controller and purpose it is assigned to.
Please note that this authorization object is required only if you have business partner master data that must be assigned a data controller or a purpose.
Defined fields
The object has the following authorization fields:
- Field ACTVT
- You can use this field to define which activities are permitted. Possible values are:
- 01 = Create
- Create business partner based on data controller/ purpose assignment
- 02 = Change
- Change a business partner based on data controller/purpose assignment
- 03 = Display
- Display business partner data based on data controller/purpose assignment
- 04 = Search
- Search for business partner data based on data controller/ purpose assignment
- Field DATA_CTRLR
- You can use this field to define the data controllers for which the above activities are permitted.
- Field PURPSE
- You can use this field to define the purposes for which the above activities are permitted. This field is currently not evaluated and is provisioned for future use.
