Definition
This authorization object protects the functions for processing clarification cases within the framework of Enhanced Message Management.
- Create clarification case
- Change clarification case
- Display clarification case
- Delete clarification case
- Reverse clarification case
- Adoption of clarification case by the current user
- Transfer of clarification case to a different user
- Return clarification case to the worklist
- Reopen clarification case
- Confirm clarification case
- Archive clarification case
Defined fields
- Authorization group:
- The authorization groups assigned to an authorization object are stored in table TBRG. You can display this table in transaction SM31, where you can also add more authorization groups.
- Activity (from table TACT):
- 01 Create
- 02 Change
- 03 Display
- 06 Delete
- 85 Reverse
- 37 Accept: clarification case is adopted by current user
- 78 Assign: clarification case is transferred to another user
- 87 Return: clarification case is returned to the worklist
- 31 Confirm: clarification case is confirmed
- C5 Reopen
- 24 Archive
